I have spent the majority of my life comparing myself to others. And if you’ve done it too you know how awful it feels. It either leads to inadequacy (perceived lack) or judgement (attack of another due to low self-worth), which are both fearful emotions that keep us in a lower density. One in lack attracts more lack. One who judges attracts others who will judge them. Time to break free! 🔗💥

It is only fear-based beliefs that keep us in the cycle of feeling not good-enough or unworthy. Which are simply lies created for population control.
