Relax. You don’t need to try. You just need to be, you just need to allow, to let go and trust.
I understand that on Earth you put yourself through many things that leave you very tense, always on the alert, always ready for something to go wrong, always waiting for the next awful thing to happen. Yet you are coming to realize that this type of thought pattern only creates another awful thing in your life, and so it does not serve you anymore.
And you may ask, ‘How did this ever serve me?’ Well, once you free yourself from that you feel free, you feel amazing, you start creating the reality more to your preferences more to your liking, which fills you with joy, excitement (and can share how you achieved this freedom with others). That is one reason. Another reason is various opportunities for growth that come from that way of thinking.
But now I would encourage you to let it go in full. You do not want to let it linger. You have already had enough experiences to show you that you do manifest in fact what you fear. So when you can let go of these fears, and rather than thinking of the worst possible thing that could happen, thinking of the best possible thing that could happen but always leaving room for something even better.
And you can notice that you are consciously choosing this option more and more whenever you become aware that you are choosing the old option you pivot and you choose the new one. And the first thing you notice is peace in your body, relaxation in your body, your heart rate slows down, your muscles relax, your thoughts become more clear.
Sometimes you will need to distract yourself with something that is very wonderful to you (image here of screenshots I take from Instagram posts that I find encouraging). Especially at the beginning, but the more you practice this, best case scenario, the easier it will be and the more you will default to it. For now you understand the reality in that the best case scenario Is Always unfolding for you.
And also to get there you shift your perspective to your Higher Self, to the 5D perspective. Seeing everything as love and light, knowing that your Higher Self has never worried, has never had anxiety, has never been bothered by anyone or anything. And the more you shift your focus to your Higher Self perspective, the more you take on that perspective on a regular basis. And so I would suggest that you continue this practice, for it not only makes you feel better, but you will be vibrating much higher.
And what you have noticed the last couple times you have managed to maintain this focus on the higher dimension, the 5th dimension, is that all of a sudden you start having wonderful interactions with people, some you have never spoken to before and some that you have, it didn’t matter they were all wonderful interactions.
As the higher you vibrate ~ the more loving, peaceful, harmonious your reality becomes. You are also thinking clearer. You notice that in the past when you became fearful you got into these (thought) loops that it was very difficult to get out of. And that’s because in a lower vibrational state this is what happens. And with such a focus on the fear you manifest the fear even faster, or a variation of it, whatever is best for you at that time.
And all of it is not meant to make you feel like you’re going crazy, it is meant to get you to let go of the old paradigm so you can rise above and come into this beautiful new reality that has been waiting here for you all along, calling to you, beckoning you, whispering to you.
You have seen how conscious breathing has greatly assisted you in maintaining your Higher Self perspective. And I would encourage you to take the next step of maintaining your Higher Self perspective after any and all interactions with other humans. For this is a place where many get tripped up, as they manage to get through a situation but then they ruminate on it over and over again. But I can promise you this, there is no benefit to that.
There maybe a benefit to some quiet reflection about the emotions you felt yes. But your Higher Self is always present, so as you embody this perspective you will find yourself to be more and more in the present moment. Trusting in the beauty and abundance of the future. Grateful for the past and all that it has taught you. Yet dwelling in the present. Make your home in the present. Dwell in the present.
And know that all facets of your life are only getting better and better and better. And if something comes up, that too is to make your life better. So listen to your emotions, feel the reality with your heart as much as possible. Let the love of Source flow through you to all. And in doing so you will not feel like you didn’t do enough. For you are always doing enough.
And the best possible thing that you could do for others is to stay conscious. To stay in your heart. To maintain the best possible feeling that you can, because the best possible feeling is the highest vibration. If that is relaxation, if that is peace, if that is joy. Best possible feeling does not need to be dramatic in any way. It can be as simple as peace, simple as relaxation; as in both of those states there is joy as you are aligned with the truth of who you are.
Continue to flow and remember that the water goes Around the rocks. You do not need to be concerned about getting stuck on any rocks anymore. As long as you are in the flow, in the water, the water always goes around the rocks. See the rocks with love and continue on. And in this present moment you will see all the beautiful signs that your Higher Self and Spirit Guides and friends in the nonphysical have laid out for you. You will hear their messages.
And get excited, for in your river of life lies more beauty, more ease, more joy, around each and every corner. And less and less rocks to potentially get stuck on, or even have to go around. The river is widening now, it is deepening. Enjoy the ride.
