For the last few years whenever I have got caught in a mental/emotional spin cycle over something troubling me I have held this piece of beautiful blue Malachite. Its like it just draws out the troubles from my mind until I am centered, relaxed and present. It never fails. About mid-way through last year I was calling it my healing stone until one day a message came through from the Malachite! ~ It said, “You Are Healed, I’m just helping you Uncover your Essence.” This completely shifted my perspective of healing. I realized everyone is healed and whole at their core, and “healing” is really about releasing the “covers”, the fears, limiting beliefs, the past, programming etc. Let it go let it go let it go.
