When we start to realize and resonate with Universal truths it makes it a lot easier to let go of fearful illusions and programming. Life-changing shifts! 💫
Last year at this time I was going through an intense healing process. Waking up in the middle of the night, nightmare after nightmare, night terrors, mind racing with fearful thoughts. I would repeat “everything is love, I am everything” over and over to calm myself down. I was literally afraid of everything and since I had quit smoking & eating cannabis I no longer had a “numbing agent” to get me through the night. The good news was I had found some truths and had the will to keep forging ahead no matter what. I trusted that once I brought consciousness to my unconscious & subconscious I would see happy dreams as the result.
A year later here we are. Happy dreams every night. Hanging out and learning things from non-physical friends in the astral realms. Many magical experiences! 🧚♀️ And if I do have a strange dream it no longer frightens me but sparks gratitude as it lets me know what I can change to be a better version of myself in waking life ☀️
