Grey Squirrel Spirit Animal

One of the first animals that I started learning from after my awakening!

Yesterday I had a feeling the Grey Squirrel would be the star of my next post and this morning one crossed my path a couple times when I took out the recycling. What a confirmation! ✨

I started noticing grey squirrels when I first got into discovering the spiritual meanings of different animals. At that time, for me, seeing a squirrel was a sure sign to ‘have fun while at work’ or put another way, ‘to see work as play’. It assisted me with temporarily alleviating the seriousness that I viewed my full time and side jobs with.

The next message that really came through from a grey squirrel was when I had family visiting and I was so exhausted from attempting to share these new perspectives I saw the world with. A squirrel literally ran around my feet and looked up at me and was like ‘loosen-up!’ the ‘lighthearted approach would be best’. If I had only seen the squirrel at the beginning of the day lol but it was a great lesson and its advice has improved every visit with family ever since.

Today when I saw the grey squirrel it kept on leaning its ear to the ground. My first reaction was concern for this little creature as I had never seen that before, but then it ran off like everything was great. I realized the message of ‘keeping one’s ear the ground’ was for me about staying open to my intuition regarding opportunities. We live on an abundant planet in an abundant Universe and although sometimes we must be resourceful we can always count on having everything we need and more. Thank you thank you thank you ~ a little reminder to be grateful for everything in our lives.

Communication with Nature /// Telepathic connection with the essence of rocks, minerals, plants, animals, water. Another aspect of our Self, of Gaia, that some call Devas or Elementals. Everything is energy, everything is consciousness. I adore the natural world; balanced, harmonious, and always following the path of least resistance.

Tree Seed

A giant cedar tree lovingly shared this analogy to assist me in shifting my perspective. So empowering!
