It’s a process. I can see how eager you are to move forward, to make progress, and know with that intention that you Are, and you will make your intended progress in the right timing for you. At the right pace for you. There is no need to rush, as this will just cause frustration; which is just a fear that you are not going to complete what you want to complete, but you will. It just may take a little bit more time than your human mind anticipated. But remember your Higher Self is mellow the whole time. Your Higher Self is already there, and you can slip into that perspective anytime, anyplace, anywhere.
So I would suggest whenever you feel that pang of frustration – flip to your Higher Self perspective. This will not only make you feel calm and at ease about the situation but you will have a bird’s eye view of what really is happening. Free from any stories that your human mind may have created over top. From this vantage point, this bird’s eye view you will see that you are At the perfect spot already. And this will likely cause you to feel gratitude and peace about the situation.
As remember, there are no problems. Everything is happening in the best possible way for you, and for all. Where you get hung up is where the human ego is searching for comfort and it finds itself in a space of uncomfort, not because the situation is uncomfortable, but because of the emotions that have arisen based on the stories and not the reality. So it is the stories you create that are the ones causing these frustrating emotions to reappear and reappear, over and over again.
And so the best you can do is release them as they come up. You have a tendency to feel an emotion and run from it, or to suppress it, which only feeds it and keeps it stuck. This is not your fault, there is nothing wrong you did, that is just how you observed others in your formative years, and they were all doing the best they could, thinking that was the best possible way to handle those emotions. But as you have learned, the best way to feel the emotion in its entirety in the moment. Because as soon as you suppress it, it will now take more effort to bring it up and let it go, it is just going to be easier for you to let it go in that moment. Learn to let it go in that moment.
When you see the reality as it truly is there are no stories, there is no fear, there is no uncomfortable feelings. That being said, use your intuition, use your gift of sensitivity to know when to go, when to leave a situation. As although you are beginning to hard-wire these truths into your being, or I should say remember these truths that were inherent all along, many others are at a different spot on their journey. Maybe where you once were, maybe a very different journey, it does not matter.
We can distill this into a simple and easy process. Number 1: follow your feelings, follow your intuition. Number 2: when a fearful emotion arises, rather than quickly stuffing it down or running away, let that fearful emotion pass through you, pass out of you. It could be yours, it could be someone elses, it could be just energy hanging around in that area, it doesn’t matter where it’s from. It’s there as a learning tool For You to learn how to process these emotions and to let them go. Letting go is freedom. Letting go is happiness. Letting go is peace.
So let the emotion move through you like a wave, feel it feel it feel it, ride it ride it ride it, envision it leave your body through whichever area you prefer, your feet, the base of your spine, the back of your neck; these are all exit points, through your belly, or even as you’ve seen sometimes as you’ve release it’s just waves coming out of your whole body, every cell of your body. So you release, you feel it and allow it to release. Once it is gone you will know. You won’t have to second guess it, it will be a feeling, it will be very obvious when that energy is gone. Now you re-asses, continue what you were doing, or if there’s an option that feels good elsewhere or feels better or feels more relieving, move in That direction. So that is the third and final step, which is really the first one again. So it is just two steps, like a circle. Follow what feels good, when something comes up let it move through you, then re-asses what is the best feeling option for you now.
Also remember any interactions you have, you not only attracted that but you chose that on some level as an opportunity for growth. So when you look at it that way it will become much easier to accept. And I encourage you to keep going, the easy way would be just to stop doing what you did when you felt that feeling. Just to avoid it like the plague. Even if you enjoy doing it, even if you love doing it. That’s the easy way.
The way of evolution and expansion is face the challenge head on, to release what needs to be released, and then you will know that you do not need to have that experience again, and not only that, but it will give you confidence and it will free you and it will make your life easier on a whole different level. So you can see that word ‘easy’ can mean two different things. On one end it could be running away from the challenge, and on the other end facing the challenge, accepting it, working through it and then it comes truly easy.
Another word you could use for the one who completes the challenge is relaxed or peaceful. And when your goal is inner peace that will be the option that you choose. But also know that there is always peace within you. There is always peace in your heart center, you can find that peace anytime. This is another word that means multiple things to different people, even the same person can mean different things such as peace of mind, which is what we’re really talking about here. And what would be peace of mind?, would be a mind that is free of fear, not creating fearful stories, one that is free from the past, and one that is thankful for all of their experiences to bring them to this moment, here and now.
